How we Work
Our generally preferred method for data capture is Optical Character Recognition, an automated process that creates digital machine readable format of hardcopy textual pages. Pages that exist only as hardcopy are imaged at a required resolution then passed through our proprietary suite of OCR engines in a process that extracts all textual data.

Utilizing the cost effectiveness of offshore labor to perform the data extraction functions while using a proprietary workflow and proprietary tracking system to track and manage the data entry activities and coordinate those with the domestic activities securely and efficiently. The tracking system tracks documents and data as they move through the capturing work flow process. This system ensures that every document and all data is accounted for control in preventing lost documents and data and ensures that all data is captured accurately and timely.
